The 6th Recruitment Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces is seeking a Call Center Operator to join its team and work with candidates looking to enlist in the USF. The role involves the full primary communication cycle: handling inbound and outbound calls, providing professional consultations regarding enlistment conditions, and further coordinating volunteers on their journey to building a next-generation military force.
Responsibilities
- receive and professionally handle inbound calls from candidates;
- make outbound calls to candidates using the provided contact database;
- advise candidates on enlistment requirements, available vacancies, and selection stages;
- accurately record call outcomes and details in internal databases and CRM systems;
- promptly transfer relevant candidate data and applications to corresponding USF units.
Requirements
- military rank: junior officer or reserve officer;
- fluent spoken and written Ukrainian;
- proficient PC and browser user (experience with spreadsheets and CRM systems is an advantage);
- strong communication skills, politeness, accountability, and high stress tolerance;
- a good sense of humor to maintain a positive and balanced environment;
- readiness to handle high volumes of calls in a fast-paced environment;
- prior experience in a call center, customer support, or client-facing roles is preferred.
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under contract;
- possibility of transfer for currently serving military personnel via "Army+" who are cleared by the Military Medical Commission (MMC/VLK) for service in support units, TCRs, military universities, or training centers;
- service location in the city of Kyiv, with potential periodic business trips;
- stable financial compensation and comprehensive social guarantees in accordance with current national legislation.
