The 6th Recruitment Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces is seeking a talented Graphic Designer / Creator to join its communication team, composed of veterans from top advertising agencies, productions, and major businesses. The role involves developing advertising and performance-driven recruitment creatives, designing presentations, landing pages, and merch, as well as contributing to design systems aimed at attracting volunteers to the USF.
Responsibilities
- develop advertising and recruitment creatives with a strong focus on performance metrics;
- design presentations, landing pages, branded merchandise, and print materials;
- contribute to the creation and evolution of design systems and concepts for special projects;
- produce basic motion graphics and animation (After Effects or similar tools);
- work closely in a team environment alongside the Art Director.
Requirements
- proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic skills in After Effects;
- experience working in a creative/advertising agency or with major corporate clients;
- experience utilizing AI tools in the design workflow;
- solid understanding of file preparation and handoff principles to developers;
- strong sense of composition, color theory, and typography;
- awareness of modern design trends and openness to visual experimentation;
- ability to formulate, present, and defend individual creative opinions;
- prior experience working with military entities or defense companies is an advantage.
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of martial law or service under contract;
- possibility of transfer for currently serving personnel found fit by the Military Medical Commission (MMC/VLK) for service in support units, TCRs, military universities, or training centers;
- financial compensation starting from 50,000 UAH;
- comfortable office environment and a healthy workplace atmosphere focused on practical efficiency;
- provision of military uniform, personal protective equipment, and full meals;
- 30 days of annual leave with the possibility of traveling abroad;
