IT Specialist

The IT specialist keeps the recruitment center's digital infrastructure running: administers Windows and Linux servers, virtual machines and network equipment, maintains staff workstations and looks after backups. The work is largely independent, with a focus on data protection and the reliability of every service that the candidate selection process relies on.
Responsibilities
- administering and monitoring Windows and Linux servers;
- keeping virtual machines, NAS storage and local services running;
- configuring secure VPN connections, routers and firewalls;
- deploying and maintaining desktops and laptops, installing and updating software;
- backing up and restoring working data;
- carrying out technical audits and system security reviews;
- taking part in building the unit's secure IT infrastructure.
Requirements
- at least a year of experience as a system administrator;
- knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, Debian) and Windows Server, including access rights management;
- experience with VMware, Hyper-V or Proxmox virtualization;
- understanding of secure network design and the basics of information protection;
- experience configuring MikroTik or Ubiquiti routers and firewalls is an advantage;
- knowledge of VPN, encryption tools and email protection is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- housing and meals provided;
- statutory social and legal guarantees for service members and their families;
- annual paid leave plus 10 days of additional leave for family reasons.
