Legal Adviser

The legal adviser provides legal support for the recruitment center's work: reviews orders and official documents for compliance with the law, handles claims and litigation and represents the unit in disputes. The role also involves preparing responses to formal requests, advising service members on legal aspects of service and occasional official travel.
Responsibilities
- legal review of orders, official and internal documents;
- handling claims and litigation and representing the military unit;
- analysing the legal framework that governs recruitment and preparing proposals on how to apply it;
- preparing responses to requests from lawyers and investigators;
- processing enquiries and official correspondence;
- advising service members on legal aspects of military service.
Requirements
- university degree in law (specialist or master's level);
- experience of legal work in the military sphere;
- ability to work with legislation and draft legally precise documents;
- readiness for official travel;
- court representation experience and a bar licence are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- housing and meals provided;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
