The graphic designer is responsible for the visual materials of a recruitment center: layouts for social media and the website, printed materials, infographics on the terms of service and graphics for videos. Receives tasks from the media service, works within the brand style and brings layouts to files ready for print and publication. Computer-based work within the media team.
Responsibilities
- designing layouts for social media, the website and recruitment campaigns;
- preparing printed materials: leaflets, banners, posters;
- creating infographics on the terms of service and the selection stages;
- editing photos and preparing graphics for video materials;
- maintaining and developing the unit's brand style;
- preparing print-ready files and handing layouts over to contractors;
- making revisions based on feedback from the media service.
Requirements
- confident use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Figma;
- portfolio with work for social media and print;
- understanding of composition, typography and colour;
- ability to work within a set brand style;
- attention to detail and meeting deadlines;
- correct written Ukrainian for text on layouts.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- office-type service in the rear, away from the combat zone.
