The instructor trains future unmanned systems operators at the training center: runs practical classes in the field, writes and updates teaching materials, assesses trainees' level and passes on own combat experience. Working with groups of varying preparation, mostly outdoors, calls for patience and the ability to explain clearly.
Responsibilities
- running practical classes with personnel in field conditions;
- writing and updating teaching materials for classes;
- checking how well the material is learned and assessing trainees' preparation;
- maintaining discipline and order during training;
- reporting on the results of classes held;
- overseeing safety rules during practical classes.
Requirements
- combat experience and understanding of real conditions of UAV use;
- ability to teach service members of varying skill levels;
- responsibility and attention to detail;
- leadership and teamwork;
- confident user of a PC and tablet, working with MS Office;
- physical stamina for classes in the field;
- teaching skills and public speaking experience are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization for the duration of martial law;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
