Squad Leader

The squad leader is responsible for the daily readiness of the people and unmanned systems of a squad at the training center. The leader assigns tasks to subordinates, makes sure they are completed on time, coordinates with neighboring units, oversees equipment maintenance and discipline, and reports to the commander on the state of the squad.
Responsibilities
- organizing the squad's work and assigning tasks to subordinates;
- completing assigned tasks within the deadlines set by the commander;
- coordinating work within the squad and with neighboring units;
- servicing unmanned systems and keeping them ready for use;
- maintaining military discipline and ensuring orders are carried out;
- reporting to the commander on the state of the squad and equipment readiness.
Requirements
- knowledge of the design and use of unmanned systems;
- experience leading a small team;
- ability to organize a crew's work during missions;
- discipline and readiness to carry out orders;
- attention to detail and the ability to make decisions under tight deadlines.
Conditions
- contract service or mobilization for the duration of martial law; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, meals and necessary equipment provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
