Company Tactical Medicine Instructor

The company tactical medicine instructor teaches personnel to provide first aid under combat conditions: runs the basic course, holds sessions for those who already have training and drills the protocols until they are performed confidently in the classroom and on the range. The work also includes developing training materials and keeping training records.
Responsibilities
- teaching the basic tactical medicine course to personnel;
- running sessions for service members who already have basic training;
- developing training materials and updating existing programs;
- organizing classes in the classroom and in the field;
- taking part in combined tactical exercises and scenario drills;
- keeping records and reporting on training results.
Requirements
- knowledge of tactical medicine protocols and the ability to demonstrate them in practice;
- readiness to teach service members with different levels of training;
- responsibility and attention to detail;
- ability to work in a team and follow established procedures;
- teaching skills and public speaking experience are an advantage;
- combat experience is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
