The instructor trains cadets of the training center under the programs of a given specialty: delivers classes, writes teaching and handout materials, assesses the trainees' level and improves the programs based on training results. Alongside teaching, the instructor handles organizational work with training groups and keeps training records.
Responsibilities
- delivering classes to cadets under the center's training programs;
- developing and improving training programs in the instructor's specialty;
- writing teaching and handout materials for classes;
- holding organizational sessions with personnel of training groups;
- assessing trainees' level of preparation based on training results;
- keeping training records and reporting on classes delivered.
Requirements
- teaching skills and public speaking experience;
- readiness to teach service members with different levels of knowledge;
- responsibility and attention to detail;
- ability to work in a team and follow established procedures;
- willingness to develop professionally in the specialty;
- combat experience is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer available for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- full uniform and food provision;
- annual paid leave and social guarantees under the law.
