The instructor trains servicemembers at the training center: conducts classes, including in the field, prepares teaching materials and is responsible for the group's discipline and reporting. The work calls for leadership qualities and the ability to present material to trainees with different levels of knowledge.
Responsibilities
- conducting classes in the field;
- writing teaching materials;
- maintaining discipline among personnel;
- monitoring the training of servicemembers;
- keeping reports.
Requirements
- combat experience;
- motivation to teach servicemembers with different levels of knowledge;
- leadership qualities and ability to work in a team;
- a sense of responsibility, attention to detail, tidiness, adherence to established rules and procedures;
- confident use of a computer, a tablet and MS Office;
- basic physical endurance;
- teaching skills and experience of public speaking will be an advantage.
Conditions
- service under a contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
