Platoon Commander and Instructor

The platoon commander and instructor plans and delivers classes under the assigned training program while also being responsible for a training platoon: its daily routine, discipline and the readiness of training facilities for each class. Assesses cadets' progress and reports to the company commander on the state of the platoon and the course of training.
Responsibilities
- planning and delivering classes under the assigned training program;
- organizing the daily activities of the training platoon;
- overseeing discipline, daily routine and the appearance of subordinates;
- preparing training facilities and supplies for classes;
- assessing cadets' level of training at the end of the course;
- reporting to the company commander on the state of the platoon and progress of training.
Requirements
- combat experience and readiness to pass it on to cadets;
- ability to train service members with different levels of knowledge;
- leadership qualities and the ability to maintain discipline in a unit;
- responsibility and attention to detail;
- teamwork and adherence to established rules;
- teaching skills and public speaking experience are an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine may transfer with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, meals and everything needed for service provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
