The headquarters clerk handles the write-off of equipment for an unmanned systems center: assembles document packages, draws up formal records, registers and certificates, checks serial numbers, dates and amounts in source documents and maintains internal registers and electronic case trackers. Office work, repetitive, with large data sets and strict formatting requirements.
Responsibilities
- preparing and assembling document packages for equipment write-off;
- drawing up formal records, loss registers, orders and certificates;
- handling official correspondence under write-off procedures;
- checking source documents: serial numbers, dates and amounts;
- maintaining internal registers and electronic case trackers;
- organising and updating the unit's archive.
Requirements
- fluent written Ukrainian with a neat, accurate writing style;
- confident Excel skills: filters, sorting, formulas, finding duplicates;
- formatting documents in Word to set standards;
- perseverance and readiness for long stretches of repetitive work;
- respect for confidentiality;
- relevant vocational or higher education is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- office-based service; uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave plus additional leave for family reasons;
- insurance, free medical care and statutory social guarantees.
