The head of the personnel group is responsible for the unit's personnel administration: organizes service records, prepares personnel orders and submits personnel reports to higher headquarters. Leads a small team within the staff of the unmanned systems center and works with commanders daily on the movement and accounting of people in the unit.
Responsibilities
- organizing service records and preparing personnel orders;
- processing appointments, temporary duty assignments and discharges of personnel;
- tracking authorized strength, vacancies and building a personnel reserve;
- administering promotions, awards and disciplinary records;
- preparing and submitting personnel reports to higher headquarters;
- ensuring confidentiality and protection of personal data.
Requirements
- higher education in military affairs, law or human resources management;
- experience of service or work in personnel administration and military record-keeping;
- knowledge of Ukrainian legislation and military regulations;
- confident use of a computer, databases and personnel accounting systems;
- team leadership skills and ability to handle multiple tasks;
- responsibility and strict confidentiality.
Conditions
- sergeant or officer position; service under contract or through mobilization, or transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 55,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, insurance and free medical care;
- annual paid leave plus 10 days of additional leave for family reasons;
