The head of the training group organizes the training of the unit's personnel: plans classes, develops schedules and training programs for each training area and monitors the quality of combat training. Works within the staff of the unmanned systems center alongside the command, keeps records of results and reports on them.
Responsibilities
- planning and organizing personnel training;
- developing class schedules and training programs for each training area;
- monitoring the combat training of units and the quality of classes held;
- assisting the commander in managing training and making it more effective;
- taking part in staff work and preparing training-related documents;
- keeping records of training results and reporting to the command.
Requirements
- experience in command positions or leadership experience in staff training;
- experience in reconnaissance, planning or training;
- confident use of Excel and Word;
- organization, responsibility and follow-through;
- systematic thinking, initiative and ability to learn.
Conditions
- officer position; service under contract or through mobilization, or transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 65,000 to UAH 70,000;
- staff work; uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- insurance, free medical care and statutory benefits;
- annual paid leave plus 10 days of additional leave for family reasons.
