The recruiter finds people for the unit's positions according to its defined needs: sources candidates, holds interviews and initial assessments, guides each person through to joining and keeps a history of contacts in a CRM system. Work within the unmanned systems center combines conversations with candidates, taking part in outreach events and analyzing results.
Responsibilities
- sourcing candidates according to the unit's defined needs;
- holding interviews and initial assessment of candidates;
- guiding candidates through every stage of joining the unit;
- taking part in outreach events to attract new candidates;
- keeping candidate records in a CRM system and database;
- analyzing results and proposing improvements to the process.
Requirements
- higher education and confident use of a computer, including Word and Excel;
- experience serving as a recruiter in a military unit;
- interviewing and candidate assessment skills;
- experience organizing outreach and recruitment events;
- analytical skills and experience preparing reports;
- experience with CRM or applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
Conditions
- sergeant or officer position; service under contract or through mobilization, or transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- insurance, free medical care and statutory benefits;
- annual paid leave plus 10 days of additional leave for family reasons.
