Nurse (Inpatient Ward)

The inpatient ward nurse carries out the doctor's prescriptions and monitors the condition of patients: performs procedures, assists during examinations, handles admissions and discharges and keeps medical records. The work is done within the ward's medical team and includes responsibility for keeping track of medicines and medical supplies.
Responsibilities
- performing procedures and treatments as prescribed by the doctor;
- monitoring the health condition of patients on the ward;
- assisting doctors during examinations and procedures;
- handling the admission and discharge of service members;
- keeping the ward's medical records;
- keeping track of medical supplies and checking the availability of medicines.
Requirements
- vocational nursing education;
- experience as a nurse in a hospital or outpatient clinic;
- nursing care skills and the ability to monitor a patient's condition;
- experience keeping medical records and tracking medical supplies;
- prior service in a military unit is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, plus insurance and free medical care;
- annual paid leave and 10 additional days of leave for family reasons;
- additional job-specific training.
