A Personnel Officer maintains personnel records and HR documentation for the unit and supports preparation and processing of orders and other official paperwork. The role involves handling large volumes of information, coordinating with other unit elements, and ensuring documents are accurate, properly stored, and kept up to date.
Responsibilities
- maintain personnel records and HR documentation for the unit;
- process orders, reports, and other personnel-related documents;
- ensure records are updated on time and information remains accurate;
- organize storage, filing, and archiving of personnel documentation;
- coordinate with other unit elements on personnel record and document flow matters.
Requirements
- experience with HR documentation, and prior military service will be an advantage;
- confident computer skills and proficiency with office software;
- knowledge of basic records management and official document procedures;
- stress tolerance, responsibility, and attention to detail;
- ability to work with large volumes of information;
- organization, accurate record keeping, and ability to handle sensitive data appropriately.
Conditions
- military service under contract or within a mobilization framework;
- transfer options for currently serving personnel subject to command approval;
- provision of required equipment and service gear;
- training and preparation before starting duties in the role;
- annual leave in accordance with Ukrainian law;
- service within an unmanned systems unit.
