Personnel Psychological Support Officer

The Personnel Psychological Support Officer is responsible for organizing activities to maintain high morale and psychological resilience among personnel. The role involves conducting training, fostering team interaction, participating in recruitment processes, and ensuring effective communication between units to create a healthy psychological climate.
Responsibilities
- organize and conduct psychological and moral support activities for service members;
- lead training sessions on self-regulation, resilience, and team cohesion;
- coordinate with other services and units regarding personnel support issues;
- participate in the selection and assessment of candidates for military service;
- prepare analytical materials and maintain required documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- degree in Psychology, Law, Journalism, or related fields;
- proficient PC user (Office suite) with administrative skills;
- fluency in Ukrainian;
- high communication skills, creativity, and ability to work in a team;
- stress tolerance and the ability to engage effectively with various personnel categories;
- fitness for military service for health reasons.
Conditions
- direct mobilization to the military unit bypassing TCR with support at all mobilization stages;
- military service under mobilization or contract;
- transparent mechanism for obtaining an officer's rank for those without prior commission;
- possibility of transfer for currently serving personnel subject to approval;
- financial compensation and expanded social package (medical care, gym access, rehabilitation);
- provision of necessary equipment and housing if required;
- annual leave and social guarantees in accordance with national legislation.
