The head of the personnel section runs the personnel work of an unmanned systems brigade: organises the selection, appointment and support of service members from their arrival until they settle into the unit. This is staff work with documents and people at the same time; results depend on accurate records and the ability to align personnel decisions with the command.
Responsibilities
- organising the work of the personnel section and the full cycle of personnel records;
- selecting, appointing and supporting service members from arrival until they settle into the unit;
- keeping personnel documentation and reports in line with regulatory requirements;
- monitoring the professional development and training of unit personnel;
- coordinating personnel processes between the brigade's units and the headquarters;
- taking part in planning the brigade's development together with the command;
- maintaining internal communication with personnel on staffing matters.
Requirements
- higher education and at least a year of experience in personnel work;
- ability to organise the section's workflows and keep records;
- ability to communicate with people of different backgrounds and ranks;
- responsibility, discipline and respect for confidentiality;
- experience in the military or a related field is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
