Rifleman — carries out combat tasks as part of a unit and uses small arms to engage designated targets and support the squad’s actions. Follows the squad leader’s directions, keeps personal equipment serviceable, and operates as part of a coordinated team during movement and when occupying positions.
Responsibilities
- carry out combat tasks as part of the unit;
- engage identified targets on the squad leader’s order or independently within the assigned task;
- provide covering fire and mutual support for the squad;
- observe the situation and promptly report changes and threats to the squad leader;
- keep assigned weapon, equipment, and personal protective gear serviceable.
Requirements
- medical fitness for military service and suitable personal qualities;
- good physical condition and endurance;
- readiness to operate in combat areas;
- discipline and ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Conditions
- contract service;
- transfer options for active service members;
- monetary allowance from UAH 120,000;
- processing through the 6th Recruiting Center of the Unmanned Systems Forces;
- service in combat areas;
- provision of personal protective equipment and required military gear;
- annual leave in accordance with Ukrainian legislation.
