A repair and construction works specialist is responsible for performing interior repair and renovation tasks within unit facilities. The role includes finishing works, use of materials and tools, and participation in space modernization projects. The primary focus is work quality, safety, and compliance with technical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Performing a full range of interior repair works, including plastering, puttying, painting, drywall installation, and floor covering installation;
- Dismantling and installing partitions, doors, baseboards, and window slopes;
- Participating in renovation or modernization of premises according to drawings and technical tasks;
- Preparing surfaces, sealing joints, performing waterproofing and thermal insulation works;
- Carrying out minor plumbing tasks within assigned scope;
- Organizing the workplace and ensuring careful use of tools and materials;
- Complying with construction standards, occupational safety, and work safety rules.
Requirements
- Basic skills in repair and construction works;
- Understanding of interior finishing and repair technologies;
