The records clerk keeps the company's paperwork in order and handles personnel's administrative matters: registers incoming and outgoing documents, prepares certificates, reports and extracts, and files cases according to the record schedule. The work sits between the brigade's services, with constant contact with other clerks, strict deadlines and irregular hours.
Responsibilities
- keeping the company's records and checking that they are complete;
- preparing, registering and logging incoming and outgoing documents;
- preparing certificates, reports and extracts at service members' request;
- resolving personnel paperwork issues;
- compiling and storing case files according to the record schedule;
- liaising with other services and clerks across the brigade.
Requirements
- an understanding of military document workflows;
- accurate writing and neat document formatting;
- confident computer skills and command of office software;
- attention to detail and accountability for deadlines;
- readiness for irregular working hours.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000;
- office-type service with irregular hours;
- housing, meals and uniform provided;
- guaranteed annual paid leave.
