Hand Soldering Technician

The hand soldering technician assembles and repairs drone electronics: solders components onto printed circuit boards, replaces parts during repair of assemblies and is responsible for the quality of every joint. This is workshop-based work within the brigade, using soldering equipment and assembly diagrams under strict anti-static discipline.
Responsibilities
- hand soldering of electronic components onto printed circuit boards;
- fitting and removing parts during repair of drone assemblies;
- checking the quality of solder joints after each operation;
- finding and correcting soldering and assembly defects;
- following electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection rules at the workstation;
- keeping soldering equipment and the workstation in good working order.
Requirements
- experience in hand soldering electronic components;
- ability to read assembly diagrams and technical markings;
- knowledge of anti-static handling rules for electronics;
- accuracy and sustained attention to small details.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, with their commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- service away from the front line, housing provided;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- 15 days of leave every six months and statutory social guarantees.
