The Master (Soldering Technician)

The Master (Soldering Technician) is responsible for repairing, assembling, and preparing strike fixed-wing and multirotor UAVs, as well as FPV kamikaze drones. The role includes working with electronics and onboard systems, contributing technical ideas, and supporting teammates with engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- repair and preparation of strike fixed-wing UAVs;
- repair and preparation of strike multirotor UAVs;
- repair and preparation of FPV kamikaze drones;
- discussion of ideas and technical support for teammates.
Requirements
- engineering education;
- experience repairing electrical/electronic equipment;
- digital literacy;
- ability to work effectively in a team;
- motivation to learn and develop;
- high accuracy and responsibility.
Conditions
- mobilization until the end of martial law or contract-based service;
- possibility of transfer for active service members;
- eligibility based on medical commission conclusions;
- opportunity to implement own engineering ideas;
- training as a UAS operator in Armed Forces training centers;
- salary of 50,000–120,000 UAH depending on duties and location.
