FPV Drone Technician

The FPV drone technician repairs FPV drones after damage and failures and returns them to combat use. The core of the work is soldering small electronics, power connectors and cable assemblies, tracing the causes of failures and testing repaired aircraft before they go back to the units. Part of the time goes into design improvements that make the drone more reliable in flight.
Responsibilities
- repair and maintenance of FPV drones of various types;
- analysing faults and finding ways to fix them;
- soldering small electronics, power connectors and cable assemblies;
- hardware and software upgrades of drones;
- developing and introducing improvements to unmanned systems;
- checking repaired aircraft before they are handed to the units.
Requirements
- experience with drones, microchips or electrical equipment;
- soldering skills for small electronics and power connectors;
- ability to use basic measuring equipment;
- basic knowledge of how multirotor drones are built;
- technical education or experience in technical work;
- attention to detail and a responsible attitude to equipment.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 50,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided, plus insurance and free medical care;
- annual paid leave plus 10 days of additional leave for family reasons;
- benefits and statutory social guarantees.
