The deputy chief of staff organizes the work of the brigade headquarters and makes sure orders, plans and documents move through the unit without delays. The work involves heavy paperwork, personnel records and constant coordination with subunits, and results depend on accuracy and order.
Responsibilities
- organizing the work of the headquarters and record keeping, overseeing document management;
- preparing reports and status updates;
- developing plans and preparing subunits, controlling the execution of orders;
- keeping personnel records and maintaining the staffing table;
- organizing communication between subunits;
- handling classified documents in line with secrecy requirements;
- organizing internal order and facility management, setting up workplaces.
Requirements
- organizational skills and good communication;
- knowledge of the regulatory framework;
- military planning skills;
- analytical ability;
- ability to work with documents, maps, combat orders and ciphers;
- computer literacy;
- military education in operational-tactical or administrative fields is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization for the duration of martial law; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- clothing and food provided;
- annual leave, as well as social guarantees established by law.
