Deputy Chief of Staff for Mobilization

The deputy chief of staff for mobilization is responsible for the brigade's readiness to scale up through mobilization and for replenishing subunits with personnel and equipment. The work requires accuracy in documents and records and constant coordination with subunits and recruitment bodies.
Responsibilities
- developing, adjusting and storing the mobilization deployment plan of the unit;
- monitoring the current staffing of subunits with personnel and equipment;
- working with territorial recruitment centers to replenish losses promptly;
- organizing the work of reception points for personnel and equipment;
- keeping individual and statistical records of servicemembers;
- maintaining classified record keeping on mobilization matters;
- running mobilization readiness drills for headquarters officers.
Requirements
- knowledge of legal acts on mobilization preparation, military registration and defense;
- ability to coordinate and plan mobilization deployment measures;
- ability to keep and control classified and operational documentation;
- confident computer user;
- experience in setting up reception points for personnel and equipment is an advantage;
- a systematic approach, knowledge of military software and experience working with territorial recruitment centers are an advantage.
Conditions
- military service under contract or by mobilization, or by transfer for those already serving;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- supply of food and clothing;
- annual paid leave;
- social guarantees provided by law.
