Personnel and Records Group Officer

The personnel and records officer maintains the brigade's personnel records and prepares the paperwork for enlistment, reassignment and discharge. The work is document-based, carried out within the personnel group, and calls for attention to detail and knowledge of military record keeping.
Responsibilities
- keeping personnel records and records of the unit's current activity;
- preparing draft orders of the unit commander on personnel;
- analyzing how fully the unit is staffed with personnel;
- preparing personnel reports and rosters;
- processing and following up documents on enlistment, transfers, leave and discharge;
- preparing required reports on time.
Requirements
- confident computer skills;
- knowledge of military record keeping and Armed Forces of Ukraine regulations;
- skills in keeping staffing and position records;
- skills in drafting commander's orders on unit strength and on individual personnel matters;
- experience in personnel work in the military or a related field is an advantage.
Conditions
- joining the service under contract or through mobilization; those already serving can transfer;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual leave and social guarantees established by law.
