UI/UX Designer
Non-Combat Roles20 000-50 000 UAHCommand / Administration
The UI/UX designer designs interfaces for digital products so that they are easy to use and refines the design system. Works in one team with product managers, analysts and engineers, tests solutions with users and improves them based on research results.
Responsibilities
- designing convenient and clear interfaces;
- continuously analyzing and improving the user experience;
- refining and maintaining the design system;
- organizing and conducting user and usability research;
- preparing interactive prototypes and presenting the work to the team;
- collaborating with product managers, business analysts, engineers and other stakeholders;
- overseeing how designs are implemented, and proposing and carrying out ideas to improve the interface.
Requirements
- at least three years as a Product Designer;
- experience designing interfaces for multifunctional web products;
- a portfolio with examples of interface design;
- confident command of Figma: autolayouts, components, styles, libraries, prototypes;
- knowledge of usability criteria and principles;
- understanding of the principles of component-based design;
- systems thinking and attention to detail.
Conditions
- service under contract or by mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- provision of uniform and food;
- medical assistance provided;
- paid leave once a year;
- social guarantees set by law.
