An FPV Crew Assistant Operator is a service member who works within an FPV drone crew, supports mission planning and execution, assists with UAV preparation and maintenance, and participates in collecting and transmitting operational and reconnaissance data.
Responsibilities
- intercepting enemy aerial targets (fixed-wing UAVs, FPV drones, Mavic-type drones);
- planning and performing flight missions in line with operational tasks;
- developing flight routes considering terrain and enemy air activity;
- analyzing and transmitting collected data to operational units;
- communicating with radar duty officers within own and adjacent units;
- complying with safety rules for UAV operation;
- experience working with UAVs is an advantage.
Requirements
- maintaining UAVs in proper technical condition;
- compliance with safety and confidentiality rules during missions;
- ability to use mapping software and navigation systems;
- responsibility and attention to detail;
- ability to work as part of a team;
- willingness to learn and develop.
Conditions
- two-year contract service;
- annual remuneration of 1,000,000 UAH (200,000 UAH upon contract signing and 800,000 UAH in two installments during the contract term) plus up to 120,000 UAH monthly and additional combat bonuses;
- priority medical fitness evaluation;
- intensive training (basic military training, specialist training, unit adaptation course) up to three months;
- housing compensation during service.
