Responsibilities
- Conducting psychological counseling and therapy sessions;
- Performing individual and group mental health support;
- Carrying out psychological assessment and method selection;
- Supporting rehabilitation and recovery processes;
- Cooperating with medical staff and commanders;
- Maintaining documentation and reports;
- Complying with ethics and military discipline.
Requirements
- Relevant education in psychology or psychotherapy;
- Practical experience with crisis conditions;
- Analytical mindset, systematic approach, attention;
- Ability to work with sensitive requests;
- Intermediate or higher proficiency in MICROSOFT OFFICE;
- Willingness to learn and develop.
