School Staff Officer (Psychologist)

The school staff officer (psychologist) supports the cadets and permanent staff of the training center: assesses people's psychological state through interviews, provides individual and group counseling, works with the effects of combat stress and runs psychological preparation classes. The officer also helps plan the training process and reports on the results.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- higher education in psychology;
- military service experience;
- understanding of the military decision-making process;
- people skills and management ability;
- confident use of a computer and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- experience working with unmanned aerial vehicles is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
