Deputy UAV Company Commander

The deputy UAV company commander plans combat missions for FPV, bomber and fixed-wing drone crews and directs their work during execution. Between missions, trains and coordinates the personnel, monitors aircraft and equipment, and leads the company when the commander is absent. This is an officer position in an unmanned systems brigade with work in combat areas.
Responsibilities
- directing the combat work of the company's crews during missions;
- planning combat missions and commanding the unit in action;
- assigning tasks to crews and leading the personnel;
- organizing training and team coordination of UAV crews;
- keeping the company combat-ready and monitoring the condition of equipment;
- acting as company commander in the commander's absence.
Requirements
- readiness to lead a unit in combat;
- in-depth technical knowledge of how the relevant type of UAV is employed;
- leadership and communication skills;
- basic knowledge of governing regulations and how to apply them;
- readiness to carry out tasks in combat areas.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave, additional leave, statutory benefits and social guarantees.
