Electronic Warfare Company Commander

The electronic warfare company commander plans the use of equipment that jams the control links of hostile drones and shields the brigade's units from attacks from the air. Directs the company's actions during missions, organises the training of its crews and is responsible for the technical condition and readiness of the equipment.
Responsibilities
- leading the company and setting tasks for its personnel;
- planning the use of electronic warfare equipment and directing the company's actions;
- organising the jamming of hostile drone control links;
- shielding the brigade's units from hostile drone attacks;
- monitoring the technical condition and readiness of the electronic warfare equipment;
- organising crew training and maintaining the company's combat capability.
Requirements
- higher education;
- experience managing personnel;
- experience working with electronic warfare equipment;
- in-depth technical knowledge of how such equipment is employed;
- leadership and communication skills;
- readiness to carry out tasks in a combat zone.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave plus additional leave;
- benefits and statutory social guarantees.
