The head of intelligence leads the brigade's intelligence effort: assigns tasks to reconnaissance teams, plans operations and merges data from various sources into a clear picture for the command. The role requires constant coordination with the brigade's units and neighboring formations, analytical work with large volumes of information and responsibility for training people.
Responsibilities
- leading reconnaissance personnel and assigning tasks among them;
- planning intelligence operations and overseeing their execution;
- collecting, processing and analyzing intelligence from various sources;
- preparing consolidated intelligence reports for the command;
- coordinating with the brigade's units and neighboring formations;
- organizing training and instruction for intelligence personnel.
Requirements
- ability to lead people and make decisions under stress;
- ability to analyze large volumes of data and identify what matters;
- responsibility, discipline and respect for the chain of command;
- higher education is an advantage;
- experience in a reconnaissance or intelligence unit is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position; service under contract or through mobilization, transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine with the commander's consent;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided in line with standard allowances;
- annual paid leave and additional leave;
- social package and benefits provided by law.
