The recruiter guides a candidate from the first response to a job posting through to joining an unmanned systems brigade: makes the first call, clarifies details, arranges the interview and keeps records in the internal system. Helps newcomers gather their documents and find their feet. The work is computer- and phone-based, with many contacts every day.
Responsibilities
- processing candidate responses on job platforms such as LobbyX and Work.ua;
- first contact with candidates by phone and messaging, clarifying their details;
- scheduling interviews and coordinating them;
- keeping candidate records in the internal system and entering data into unit reports;
- communicating with other recruiters about candidate status;
- supporting newcomers: collecting documents and basic orientation.
Requirements
- good spoken and written Ukrainian;
- attention to detail, responsibility and good communication skills;
- confident computer skills;
- ability to switch quickly between tasks;
- wish to develop in recruiting and personnel work;
- knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization for the duration of martial law; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- medical care provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- annual health allowance;
- legal and psychological support.
