The munitions loading technician prepares strike drones for flight: fits them with their combat payload, checks munitions before use and keeps a record of what has been expended. The role also involves basic metalwork and soldering simple electrical circuits. This is ground-based work within a technical team that demands precision and strict adherence to safety rules.
Responsibilities
- fitting drones with their combat payload before flight;
- preparing and checking munitions before use;
- following safety procedures when handling munitions;
- carrying out basic metalwork;
- soldering simple electrical circuits;
- keeping records of expended munitions and components.
Requirements
- technical education at any level;
- basic soldering skills;
- physical endurance and psychological resilience;
- care and discipline when handling munitions;
- prior military service is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 120,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- specialized training for the role.
