Senior Rifleman

The senior rifleman guards the territory and facilities of the training center and uses small arms on command. In addition to own tasks, assists the squad leader in directing subordinates: organizes their actions on guard duty, checks the condition of weapons and gear and keeps the group ready.
Responsibilities
- guard duty protecting the personnel and facilities of the training center;
- carrying out tasks as part of the squad and on the commander's specific orders;
- using small arms to engage designated targets on command;
- assisting the squad leader in organizing the actions of subordinates;
- maintaining and servicing the squad's issued weapons;
- looking after gear and personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- small arms handling and maintenance skills;
- good physical fitness and stamina;
- ability to act in coordination within a unit;
- readiness for guard duty and shifts;
- discipline and adherence to military regulations.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- full provision of uniform, equipment and meals;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees under Ukrainian law.
