The training platoon commander-instructor leads the personnel of a training platoon and personally delivers its theoretical and practical classes. The role includes updating teaching materials in the commander's specialty, checking how well the program is absorbed, working separately with cadets who fall behind, and keeping discipline, platoon records and class reports.
Responsibilities
- delivering theoretical and practical classes to the platoon's cadets;
- leading the platoon's personnel and organizing its activities;
- maintaining military discipline and regulation order in the platoon;
- developing and updating teaching materials in the commander's specialty;
- checking how well the program is absorbed and working with cadets who fall behind;
- keeping platoon records and reports on classes delivered.
Requirements
- combat experience and an understanding of modern battlefield requirements;
- readiness to teach service members with different levels of knowledge;
- leadership qualities and the ability to organize the platoon's work;
- responsibility and attention to detail;
- ability to work in a team and follow established procedures;
- teaching skills and public speaking experience are an advantage.
Conditions
- contract service or mobilization for the duration of martial law; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, meals and necessary equipment provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
