Lecturer

The lecturer conducts classes for military personnel at the training center and is responsible for the content of the training. The work involves developing and improving programs and preparing teaching materials, and calls for the ability to explain material to trainees with different levels of knowledge.
Responsibilities
- conducting training classes;
- organizing classes for personnel at platoon level;
- developing training programs;
- improving training programs;
- writing teaching materials.
Requirements
- teaching skills and public speaking experience;
- strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail;
- ability to work in a team and follow established rules and procedures;
- motivation to train military personnel with different levels of knowledge;
- leadership qualities;
- combat experience is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under a contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees.
