
Combat Stress Control Officer

The combat stress control officer monitors the psychological state of personnel in an unmanned systems brigade and helps people cope with the strain of combat work. Assesses stress levels in the units, runs individual and group support sessions, prepares recommendations for commanders and works in constant contact with them.
Responsibilities
- monitoring and assessing levels of combat stress among service members;
- running individual and group psychological support sessions;
- organising training on preventing burnout;
- helping personnel adapt to the conditions of combat operations;
- preparing recommendations for commanders on maintaining the morale of their units;
- working with the command to identify stressful situations and respond to them.
Requirements
- at least two years of work experience, preferably in psychological support;
- skills in assessing psychological state and supporting people in crisis situations;
- ability to stay calm and work as part of a team in difficult conditions;
- readiness for a heavy workload and an irregular schedule.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
