An Electronic Warfare Team Lead manages a team responsible for deploying and maintaining electronic warfare capabilities. The role focuses on planning, tasking, equipment readiness, and monitoring the electromagnetic environment to reduce exposure to technical reconnaissance and counter hostile unmanned systems.
Responsibilities
- lead the electronic warfare team, plan the use of EW assets, assign tasks, and ensure timely execution;
- organize deployment and repositioning of EW equipment, build reserves, and provide responsive coverage against technical reconnaissance;
- monitor the electromagnetic environment, assess EW equipment readiness and effectiveness, and identify technical solutions to counter hostile unmanned systems;
- prepare reports and supply requests, and oversee the serviceability of equipment and related systems.
Requirements
- higher technical education in radio engineering, telecommunications, or information technology;
- prior military service, experience with EW equipment or radio systems, and team leadership experience will be an advantage;
- understanding of electronic warfare and signals intelligence principles, radio communications basics, and radio wave propagation;
- confident computer skills and analytical thinking;
- emotional resilience, readiness for travel, responsibility, and ability to make decisions under stress.
Conditions
- military service under contract or within a mobilization framework;

- training and preparation before starting duties in the role;
- annual leave in line with Ukrainian law;
