Responsibilities
- direct UAV crews during mission execution;
- support mission planning and flight route development;
- organize training activities and oversee crew readiness;
- ensure serviceability of unmanned aviation systems, communications, and related equipment;
- maintain logs and reports on UAV use and prepare duty documentation;
- coordinate cooperation with adjacent units and support knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- military or technical education will be an advantage;
- strong understanding of UAV platforms, setup and repair skills, and basic map-reading knowledge;
- experience leading crews, organizing team operations, and maintaining reporting processes;
- responsibility, discipline, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Conditions
- military service under contract or within a mobilization framework;
- transfer options for currently serving personnel subject to command approval;
- provision of required equipment and service gear;
- training and preparation before starting duties in the role;
- annual leave in line with Ukrainian law;
- service within an unmanned systems unit.
