A Rigger prepares, moves, and secures loads during loading and unloading operations. The role involves working with lifting equipment, following transport and placement rules, and performing basic equipment maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- support loading and unloading operations using vehicles, platforms, and lifting equipment;
- follow safe handling, placement, and transport procedures for loads;
- prepare loads for movement and perform related tasks;
- ensure safe stacking and securing of loads;
- perform repair tasks related to basic maintenance and adjustment of equipment;
- support preparation, movement, and placement of loads within the assigned work area;
- follow safety rules when working with heavy objects.
Requirements
- fitness for military service and ability to meet basic service requirements;
- physical endurance and readiness for manual work;
- willingness to learn and improve professional skills;
- responsibility and attention to detail;
- ability to work as part of a team;

- ability to adapt to changing conditions.
Conditions
- military service under contract or within a mobilization framework;
- transfer options for currently serving personnel subject to command approval;

- training and preparation before starting duties in the role;
- annual leave in accordance with Ukrainian law;
- service within an unmanned systems unit.
