Antenna Mast Rigger

The antenna mast rigger installs the antennas and mast structures that carry the communications of an unmanned systems brigade, and runs cable lines at height. Checks the safety harness and gear before every climb, and when there is no work at height joins the installation team on the ground and services structures that are already in place.
Responsibilities
- installing antennas and antenna mast structures on tall structures;
- running and securing cable lines at height;
- checking the safety harness and gear before starting work;
- following safety rules when working at height;
- taking part in ground-level installation work when there are no tasks at height;
- servicing and minor repair of installed structures.
Requirements
- vocational education or hands-on construction experience;
- basic knowledge of construction techniques and materials;
- readiness to work at height and good physical fitness;
- category B driving licence;
- attention to detail and strict adherence to safety rules.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave plus additional leave;
- benefits and statutory social guarantees.
