The records clerk keeps the unit's official paperwork in order: registers incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepares reports in the prescribed formats and corresponds with other units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is office work at a computer in the brigade headquarters that calls for accuracy, good writing and careful handling of restricted information.
Responsibilities
- keeping and recording the unit's official documentation;
- registering incoming and outgoing correspondence;
- preparing reports in the prescribed formats;
- handling correspondence with other units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- processing and formatting documents in Microsoft Office;
- storing documents and following the rules for handling restricted information.
Requirements
- confident use of a computer and office equipment;
- fluent use of Microsoft Office or LibreOffice;
- experience with record-keeping and documentation;
- fluent written Ukrainian;
- ability to keep confidential information;
- attention to detail and resilience when handling a large volume of documents;
- readiness for a flexible duty schedule.
Conditions
- service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, subject to the commander's approval;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- office-based service, uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave and statutory social guarantees;
- support at all stages, from enlistment through service.
