IT Support Technician

The IT support technician keeps the brigade's computers, peripherals and office network running. Services printers and scanners, sets up Wi-Fi and IP telephony, looks after network storage and backups, connects workstations and helps users with everyday glitches. Office-based work with a steady flow of small requests.
Responsibilities
- servicing office equipment: printers, scanners, refilling cartridges;
- maintaining network storage and backup systems, replacing drives;
- issuing and tracking peripherals: mice, keyboards, cables, adapters, modems;
- setting up office Wi-Fi and IP telephony;
- advising users and fixing minor problems;
- connecting workstations to the network and power within the office.
Requirements
- technical education in any field or equivalent hands-on experience;
- experience in basic administration of PCs and office equipment;
- skills with network equipment and backup systems;
- category B driving license;
- willingness to learn and master new systems;
- experience in technical support or a help desk is an advantage.
Conditions
- service under contract or mobilization for the duration of martial law; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 20,000 to UAH 50,000;
- uniform, personal protective equipment, housing and meals provided for the duration of service;
- free medical treatment;
- annual paid leave of 30 days;
- annual health and recreation allowance.
