Deputy Ground Robotics Company Commander

The deputy ground robotics company commander plans missions for ground drone crews and commands the unit while they are carried out. Trains operators, builds crew coordination, keeps the robotic systems serviceable and leads the company when the commander is absent. This is an officer position in an unmanned systems brigade with tasks performed in combat areas.
Responsibilities
- directing the combat work of ground robotic system crews;
- planning combat missions and commanding the unit in action;
- assigning tasks to crews and leading the personnel;
- organizing operator training and crew coordination;
- keeping the company combat-ready and monitoring the serviceability of the systems;
- acting as company commander in the commander's absence.
Requirements
- in-depth technical knowledge of how ground robotic systems are employed;
- leadership and communication skills;
- basic knowledge of governing regulations;
- readiness to carry out tasks in combat areas;
- experience commanding a unit is an advantage.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization, or transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- full provision of uniform, equipment and meals;
- annual paid leave and additional leave;
