The deputy electronic warfare company commander directs the combat work of the teams that shield friendly units from hostile drones: plans the use of jamming equipment and monitors execution. Trains and coordinates the personnel, keeps the company's equipment serviceable and leads the company in the commander's absence. This is an officer position with work in combat areas.
Responsibilities
- directing the combat work of the electronic warfare company's teams;
- planning the employment of electronic warfare equipment;
- assigning tasks to teams and leading the personnel;
- organizing training and coordination of the company's teams;
- monitoring the serviceability and readiness of equipment for use;
- acting as company commander in the commander's absence.
Requirements
- experience managing personnel;
- in-depth technical knowledge of how electronic warfare equipment is employed;
- leadership and communication skills;
- basic knowledge of governing regulations;
- readiness to carry out tasks in combat areas.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization; transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- uniform, equipment and meals provided;
- annual paid leave plus additional leave;
- statutory benefits and social guarantees.
