Electronic Warfare Platoon Commander

The electronic warfare platoon commander leads a unit that shields positions from hostile drones in its assigned sector: organizes the combat work of the teams, assigns their tasks and operates the platoon's equipment. Trains and coordinates the personnel and keeps equipment, communications and weapons serviceable. This is an officer position with work in combat areas.
Responsibilities
- commanding the platoon and directing it during missions;
- organizing the combat work of electronic warfare teams;
- operating electronic warfare equipment as intended;
- training and coordinating the platoon's personnel;
- monitoring the serviceability of the platoon's equipment, communications and weapons.
Requirements
- higher education;
- experience leading personnel and working with electronic warfare equipment;
- full command of the unit's main types of equipment and weapons;
- leadership and communication skills;
- good physical fitness and stamina.
Conditions
- officer position: service under contract or through mobilization, or transfer for those already serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
- monthly pay from UAH 26,000 to UAH 126,000;
- full provision of uniform, equipment and meals;
- annual paid leave and additional leave;
- statutory benefits and social guarantees.
